Wedding packages

All wedding packages include:

  • Rental spaces (ready room, ceremony and reception areas), including time for decorating
  • Preset spaces include tables and chairs with no modifications
  • Complimentary guest parking
  • Directional signage for guests
  • Springs Preserve service fees

Please note:

  • All weddings require a licensed wedding coordinator.
  • The Springs Preserve will serve as the venue only and does not have an exclusive caterer. Any catering must be handled in a separate agreement and must be in accordance with your signed Facility Agreement.
  • Package pricing listed below does not include the security deposit fee, and there are additional fees for holidays.
  • AV equipment not included, additional equipment to be outsourced.
  • The group will be required to secure Tenant Users Liability Insurance Program (TULIP) insurance through GatherGuard. The Springs Preserve's vendor code is G028-000.

  • Ceremony in Garden Arbor from 4 to 5 p.m. (1 hour)
  • Reception in Garden Terrace from 5 to 7 p.m. (2 hours)
  • One ready room (6 hours)
  • Venue access from 2 to 8 p.m. (6 hours)

  • An additional hour can be reserved for $458
  • For December-February weddings, times listed above will shift one hour earlier
  • Garden Arbor and Garden Terrace will be preset with 100 chairs

Ceremony-only weddings

Ceremony-only weddings are available on Thursdays and Sundays (excluding holidays). Due to demand, Friday-Saturday ceremony-only weddings may only be reserved within 60 days. 

Ceremony-only packages include:

  • Rental spaces (one ready room and ceremony area), including time for decorating
  • Complimentary guest parking
  • Directional signage for guests

Please note:

  • All weddings require a licensed wedding coordinator.
  • Package pricing listed below does not include the security deposit fee, and there are additional fees for holidays.

Wedding FAQs

The Springs Preserve will serve as the venue only and does not have an exclusive caterer. Any catering must be handled in a separate agreement and must be in accordance with your signed Facility Agreement. Please note that all caterers are required to have a Southern Nevada Health District health permit, a City of Las Vegas business license and a certificate of insurance.
We do not allow guests to bring alcohol or liquors onto property. We require that all alcohol served in the event areas be by a licensed and insured caterer. We ask that last call occur at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event for safety and liability purposes.
Yes. Ceremony-only weddings are available on Thursdays and Sundays (excluding holidays). Due to demand, Friday-Saturday ceremony-only weddings may only be reserved within 60 days.
Yes. To ensure that your special day runs smoothly, please contact the Group Sales team for a list of vendors familiar with our site. (Please note, all weddings require a licensed wedding coordinator.)
Yes. All weddings require a licensed wedding coordinator, and all vendors are required to have a City of Las Vegas business license and a certificate of insurance. 
The earlier, the better. We are currently booking through Dec. 30, 2024.
Payment is due upon completion of the executed contract. 
Security deposits start at $250 depending on the event, and will be refunded if the group complies with terms and conditions and returns the facility to its original condition prior to the event.
Seasonal hours may vary, however, private events can be held until 10 p.m.
The Springs Preserve is open to the public Thursday-Monday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wedding packages are scheduled from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Your group's venue access will begin at the booked event time. Additional charges will be assessed if group accesses before or after booked time.
Yes. Please explore our event venues for showers or rehearsal dinners.
Yes. Springs Preserve general admission tickets are required to enter the property. To ensure photos don't interfere with any planned events, please contact the Group Sales team to coordinate availability with an event specialist.
No. The Springs Preserve is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Please consider including a note in your invitations indicating, "We have selected a non-smoking venue for our wedding. Thank you for respecting our choice."
The Springs Preserve aims to be a world-class model for sustainable living. Décor cannot conflict with that mission by posing a threat to plant or animal life on Property. Decorations, balloons, confetti, rice, and any additional items deemed harmful to any plant or animal life on the property are prohibited. Additionally, any decorations which pose a threat of harm to any facility structures such as thumbtacks or nails, are also prohibited.
Guided and self-guided site tours are available by calling Group Sales at 702-822-8779. Alternatively, you may email Group Sales and a representative will contact you. Site Tours are scheduled when your wedding date is within the current booking window.
Custom wedding package are available. Please submit a venue rental request form and a Group Sales representative will contact you.
Proposals, elopements and micro wedding are available at the Springs Preserve. Please submit a venue rental request form and a Group Sales representative will contact you.
